In late October, our Youth Ministry program hosts A Walk with the Saints parish fair.  This annual parish event offers a Catholic answer to a scary Halloween experience.  All children are invited to attend the fair in their costumes.  The evening features a journey visiting many saints and hearing their stories.  Many of our parish organizations and ministries host games and distribute treats to the little children attending.  This fun event is enjoyed by families year after year.

The Youth Ministry program prepares a Living Stations Prayer Service which takes place on the Friday before Good Friday each Lent.  This annual prayer experience is attended by a large number of our parishioners and guests.  Our youth provide a moving and memorable Lenten experience through their dedication to this evening of prayerful reflection.

What is Youth Ministry?  Why is it important?  How can we better raise Catholic kids?  For insight into these questions and much more please read the US Bishops' document on Catholic Youth Ministry, Renewing the Vision.
